📄 Rental Terms & Conditions – ON Pequawket Pond

We kindly ask all guests to review and agree to the following terms to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay:

📜 Rental Agreement

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept all house rules, policies, and responsibilities outlined herein and in the welcome materials. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in
    (Subject to the terms of the booking platform used.)

🛑 Liability Waiver

Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and belongings. The property owner is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, accidents, or illness occurring on the premises

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Weather-related disruptions or natural events

🧹 Damage & Security

Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to their stay. A security deposit may be charged in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

👥 Occupancy Limits

The maximum number of guests allowed is strictly enforced. No unregistered overnight guests are permitted without prior written approval.

🔇 Noise & Conduct

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disruptive behavior, parties, or events are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking anywhere on the property

  • Use of fireworks

  • Bringing pets onto the property

  • Storing bicycles indoors

  • Tampering with Wi-Fi or electronic equipment

🔐 Privacy & Data Use

Guest information is used solely for communication and reservation purposes and is not shared with third parties, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
