🕒 check-in and check-out Times

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

🚭 General Conduct

• No smoking on or near the property.

• No pets are allowed on the property.

• No parties

• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and the peaceful setting.

• No fireworks

• Do not bring bicycles inside the house.

  🔐 When You Leave the House

• Lock all doors and windows securely.

• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.

• In winter, turn the heat down to 55°F before leaving.

🧼 Cleanliness & Care

• Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.

• Clean up after yourself and leave the home as you found it.

• Do not move furniture between rooms.

• Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

• Follow local guidelines for trash and recycling. Instructions and bins are provided in the kitchen.

• Take out trash before checkout.

📶 Wi-Fi & Tech

• Wi-Fi details are in the welcome binder.

• Please do not tamper with the router or electronics.
