You’ll receive a keypad code via email or text 24 hours before your arrival. Please keep this code confidential.
🚭 Is smoking allowed?
No. smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
🐾 Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
🌡️ What should I do when I leave the house?
Lock all doors and windows
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans
In winter, turn the heat down to 55°F
Do not bring bikes inside the house
🚲 Where can I store bikes?
Outside next to the deck
🧼 Do I need to clean before I leave?
We ask that you tidy up:
Wash, dry, and put away any used dishes
Take out the trash
Cover gas grill
Remove all food from refrigerator. Do not leave any food in the cabinets or on the counters.

Yes! Wi-Fi details are provided in the welcome binder inside the home.
