🕒 What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

🔑 How do I access the property?

  • You’ll receive a keypad code via email or text 24 hours before your arrival. Please keep this code confidential.

🚭 Is smoking allowed?

  • No. smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property

🐾 Can I bring my pet?

  • Sorry, no pets are allowed.

🌡️ What should I do when I leave the house?

  • Lock all doors and windows

  • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans

  • In winter, turn the heat down to 55°F

  • Do not bring bikes inside the house

🚲 Where can I store bikes?

  • Outside next to the deck

🧼 Do I need to clean before I leave?

  • We ask that you tidy up:

    • Wash, dry, and put away any used dishes

    • Take out the trash

    • Cover gas grill

    • Remove all food from refrigerator. Do not leave any food in the cabinets or on the counters.

📶 Is there Wi-Fi?

  • Yes! Wi-Fi details are provided in the welcome binder inside the home.

  • Enjoy kayaking, fishing, and swimming on the pond
